海島低汙染實驗計畫

望安機場 - 南方四島觀光規劃

由於澎湖南方四島遺世獨立，加上近幾十年來受到產業結構轉型、交通不便造成物資補給不易等影響，人口逐漸外移，現今島上除了少數居民外，平日少有遊客造訪。

未經過度開發的南方四島，無論是自然生態、地質景觀或人文史跡等資源，都維持著原始、低污染的天然樣貌，尤其附近海域覆蓋率極高的珊瑚礁更是汪洋中的珍貴資產。值得遊客前來體驗南方四島豐富多樣的生態環境。

The location of The South Penghu Marine National Park is geographically distant from Taiwan.
Population migration and tourism have been suffered for years in result of lacking transportation and supplies.

With a low development here, all the natural resources, landscape and history footprint still remain quite well. Especially due to the unpolluted environment, corals and biodiversities here are always seen as incredible treasures.

在望安，已經能深深感受到即使距離台灣不遠，由於嚴峻極端的氣候，造就如此枯黃乾燥的地景，呈現與台灣截然不同的風貌，不僅保留人文歷史的痕跡，人與動物相處的距離更是身處都市的我們難以想像。

In Wangan, you might feel strongly different in all the landscape you see. Due to the severe climate, the scenery here shows a kind of brown and dry context even though it is not that far away from Taiwan. Not only the history footprint is maintained quite well. How do people there get along with the animal is also incredible for us.

望安島 (望安鄉) 為進出南方四島之主要交通節點。將旅客帶往南方四島旅遊，運用最小的開發符合旅客之住宿需求，將所有的汙染足跡皆有效的集中管理。

Wangan is the main transportation joint through The South Penghu Marine National Park.

With the completed traveling rules, all the pollution and destruction caused will be effectively managed in Wangan.

此設計為機場與度假飯店的複合式交通建築，動線上將旅客區分為當地居民與飯店使用的旅客，以地景建築造型上以「圍」為元素，圍塑出中庭的綠意，與澎湖當地的菜宅意象致敬。

The main programs of this project are resort and airport. We divide the circulation into two groups, including the visitors and the local residents. The landscape architecture makes the central green yard to share the same meaning of CaiZhai.

立面上以也以菜宅堆砌的意象為概念，如同石頭推砌的牆，下窄上寬的層層退縮。
機場部分採用較為同透明亮的立面為機場呈現交通建築的自明性。

Take CaiZhai as the massing concept to make rock pile and terrace. The elevation of airport will be translucent and glassy to show a different personality with the rocky resort.

進出基地的道路為一條5米寬之窄逕，與兩旁高聳的作物將景觀延伸至基地外。

Outside the site is a narrow road whose width is only 5 metres, extending the site view to the whole island.
